You can compete as an individual, as a couple or as a team with friends or colleagues. And it is up to you whether you compete in sporty or more casual style. Just for fun. Because as we all know, the most important muscles are those needed for laughing.

Individual classification
The three fastest women and men in each category will be awarded for both the 7 km and 12.5 km distances. In addition, the overall female and male winner fof the 12.5 km distance will be crowned.
Team classification
At least three people must compete per team, including at least one lady. Prizes are awarded to the three fastest teams over the 7 km and 12.5 km distances.
Obstacles must be overcome individually. Assistance from other participants is not allowed. If assistance is accepted or an obstacle is not overcome on the first attempt, penalty exercises (squats, push-ups, etc.) must be completed in the designated zone.

1986 to 1995
1976 to 1985
1966 to 1975

Just for Fun
The Just for Fun rating is exclusively about the fun factor and is intended for a group/club/company.
A group/club/company must consist of at least 3 members.
There is no time rating in this category.
Prizes will be awarded to the group/club/company with the most participants at the finish line and the group/club/company with the best costume.
Assistance can be accepted from both teammates and other participants.
The choice of the course – 12.5 km or 7 km – does not need to be announced in advance. The course length can be spontaneously decided by the group/club/company at obstacle 4 (Arlberg tunnel).
If an obstacle is not overcome on the first attempt by all group, club and company members, penalty exercises (squats, push-ups, etc.) must be completed by all members in the designated zone.
The following categories will be awarded:
Largest group/club/company at the finish: Evaluation based on the number of finished group, club and company members.
Best costume: Decision by a 3-member team.
